Return & Refund Policy
At JMac IT & Office Solutions, we want you to shop online with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make things easy.
➤ Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of delivery.
➤ Return the item unused and in its original packaging.
➤ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the return.
➤ Faulty or damaged items? We’ll sort it — repair, replace, or refund.
Online Orders – 14-Day Return Window
Under EU consumer law, you can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return:
1. Contact us in writing (email is fine) within the 14 days.
2. Return the item within the next 14 days, unused and in resaleable condition.
We’ll guide you through the return steps and issue your refund once we’ve received and inspected the item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, and we’ll cover the return costs in such cases.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Unless Faulty)
The following cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, due to security, copyright, or personalisation limitations:
• Opened or activated software
• Digital downloads
• Custom-upgraded products (e.g., if you requested added RAM or SSD after ordering)
However, if any of these items arrive faulty or not as described, you’re still entitled to a return under consumer protection law.
Refurbished Items
Refurbished laptops and other used items can be returned under the 14-day right to cancel, just like new products — as long as they’re purchased online, and not customised to your request.
In-Store Purchases
For items bought in our physical shop, we are not obliged to accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described. However, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion for unopened, unused items — just ask a member of staff.
