I have used the services of J MAC IT & Office Solutions for the past year. They helped us undertake a number of IT projects including set up of I.P. Phone, move email to Microsoft Office 365, transfer all emails to Office 365, update all Hardware with Office, and regular Preventative Checks on all I.T equipment. In all our dealings, I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to other schools.

We needed a phone system that saved us a lot of work and money as well as preventing customer confusion. We had a look at our old provider bills and we had been paying north of €650 per month, for services we haven’t been using for years (even paying for ISDN lines) with our old line-based system. Since installing the new BlueFace Cloud UCaaS system, we now have a fully transparent system for almost half the price, and we are only scratching the surface with its capabilities. Being able to reach patients from my mobile via the Softphone App linked to my deskphone has offered amazing flexibility. Detailed call data, such as incoming attempted calls vs. missed calls, allowed us to make a data-driven staff hire – a receptionist – to help manage high call volume periods – particularly for winter.

I run Kingdom Media from my home office, and John and his team have been a huge help. They sorted out my whole IT and office setup, and gave great advice on things like lighting, seating, and how to sit properly. John also helped me pick out the best gear for my needs. He hooked me up with a solid colour laser printer (plus toners), a laptop, a riser, and a keyboard – everything I needed to get my workspace working properly. I can highly recommend John and his team for all your IT and Office requirements, especially in the area of ergonomic solutions for the workplace, and their after sales support is excellent.

We go to JMAC for all our office supplies and also for all our IT needs. My husband goes straight to Eric when he wants to buy a new computer and for repairs. JMAC IT & Office solutions transformed my home office into a more productive, healthy and useable space. I am a consultant remote working from home and prior to this I was suffering with constant neck & back pain from spending everyday hunched over my basic desk and laptop.
