We needed a phone system that saved us a lot of work and money as well as preventing customer confusion. We had a look at our old provider bills and we had been paying north of €650 per month, for services we haven’t been using for years (even paying for ISDN lines) with our old line-based system. Since installing the new BlueFace Cloud UCaaS system, we now have a fully transparent system for almost half the price, and we are only scratching the surface with its capabilities. Being able to reach patients from my mobile via the Softphone App linked to my deskphone has offered amazing flexibility. Detailed call data, such as incoming attempted calls vs. missed calls, allowed us to make a data-driven staff hire – a receptionist – to help manage high call volume periods – particularly for winter.

During our last bedroom renovations in 2023, the construction workers accidentally cut the landlines for our hotel bedroom phones. This only became apparent once the rooms were freshly plastered and painted. We were under pressure and did not want to chase through the walls to retrieve the wiring. I contacted John from JMAC IT for advice, as he has expertise in up to date technology. He advised me on IP Wi-Fi phones, which could be run throughout the whole hotel. He demonstrated how this worked in other hotels where this system was installed. We finally have a streamlined phone system which can be monitored by a Byphone app, downloaded on a mobile phone. No more missed calls. No landline fees. We can easily divert from hotel to mobile app and back. Everything was quickly installed in 1 hour and John’s technician Eric, showed the staff how easy it was to use. Customer service is always on hand when needed. I can’t recommend this service enough. I only wish I changed to IP Phone system earlier.
